Miller AccuLock MDX 100 MIG Gun Nozzle (Pkg/2)

Miller AccuLock MDX series consumables are designed to maximize wire feedability and simplify consumables replacement. Nozzles are sold as a package of two and only fit the MDX 100 MIG Gun.

These nozzles do not fit M-100 MIG guns - these require the 169715 nozzles.

AccuLock MDX Features
Superior Feeding - The front-loading liner is centered and locked at both ends of the gun (without the use of set screws) to ensure smooth wire delivery to the contact tip. Plus, error-proof liner trimming ensures accurate replacement every time for reduced burnbacks, birdnests and erratic arc/wire chatter.

Long-Life Consumables - Tapered mating surfaces between the AccuLock contact tip and gas diffuser lock tips in place for maximized electrical conductivity and longer tip life.

Threaded Nozzle - Stays tight during use and cleaning due to the steel retaining ring on the diffuser.
